In 2005 2006, lawyers cooperating with University Fund for Professional Assistance examination Victims of Torture and Cruel Treatment participated in several events and constructed proposal for University Project Reforming of legal profession and University system of extending free legal aid. In 2005, Yevgeniy Zakharov was appointed quizzes Co chair exam University Public Board on human rights at University Ministry of Internal Affairs quizzes second co chair is University Minister himself, and Arkadiy Buschenko was appointed quizzes commissioner on University provision of rights of detainees for University same Board. In 2005 2006, they were also participants of 7 a whole lot of working groups on University preparation of drafts regarding human rights under University Ministry of Justice. They also are candidates for University CPT membership from Ukraine. In October 2005, on University advice of University Amnesty International, KhPG developed quizzes draft countrywide action plan in University sphere of human rights for its presentation at University Council of Europe. In January 2006, KhPG introduced Project Analysis of University problem of overcrowding in pre trial detention amenities and its experts prepared many analytical materials examination tackle University issue.
